The Flats Luxury Suites at 22 East Center was originally built in 1906 and served as the Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone Building. In 2017, Milieu Design repurposed the building and was awarded the Downtown Logan “2018 Renovation of the Year.”  The design blends modern livability and historical integrity. Each of the suites features its own unique identity that radiates personality and luxury in different ways. The North Flat has street-facing windows with views of downtown Logan. This universally designed studio guest room includes a kitchenette and luxurious private bath with ADA accessible walk-in shower. The South Flat is the largest of the three suites and is perfect for families. It includes the original fire glass windows with plenty of natural light, an open living room, large kitchen, and additional sleeping space in the loft. The Lower Flat is an industrial studio space featuring original structural columns and stone foundation walls. The generous open concept room includes a kitchenette and private laundry facilities. Finally, the Depot South Flat is a large studio space with two queen beds, kitchenette, and private laundry facilities. This stunning suite is located in the Logan Depot on 600 West in Logan.

In 2022, the Flats opened the rooftop deck at 22 East. This relaxing outdoor space showcases great views of downtown Logan, the Logan Temple, and the gorgeous Cache Valley landscape. Guests can rent this additional space when they book a room at the Flats.
